3rd Oct 2008tried out this new cafe place at
Bali Lane called
Blue Jaz Cafe.
i love the external sitting area, nice place to just order a tall drink and spend the afternoon there with a good book.
my company for the day:~
ordered a plate of
Calamari and a mango yogurt smoothie called
Mango Lassi cause we were still super stuffed from breakfast. (both recommended from a site i read online). As you can see, the portion for the calamari is quite pathetic for $7, the calamari pieces are pretty thick and chewy though (: The drink can last you a long long time, thick and yogurty, the mango taste is also not artificial, i like (:

there was also this detailed bench behind my seat and as i was taking the little characters, i noticed something.

ouch! do you spot it? And those beheading comes in a series, most of the heads of the characters at the top of the bench are gone D:
headed to mosi for shisha afterwhich. still no biggie to me; but wern sure had fun hahaha.
finally a photo of me (?). pretty uncommon to see an update without my face, considering it's juu. lol. It's really pretty evident i camwhore alot less now that Jayden's one of my bestfriendzzzz.
---9th October 2008decided its
bring-ziggy-out-day again, so wern and I decided to have a picnic while at it. Cabbed to
Fort Canning (dog is always exceptionally obedient in car)
settled down on a picnic bench~
our humble preparation of food for the afternoon. Pizza, Sushi, Carrot Sticks (for juu & Ziggy), strawberries, Kettle Chips, Dog Snacks and drinks.

That little rascal decided to walk into a trail of ants midway, so we had this commotion trying to remove them all from his paws. The ants just clung on and refused to budge even after we washed him, so i had to remove them manually one by one D:
all went well after that though. weird dog likes the swing. wern's really cute there, trying to get ziggy to look at the camera.

we were all damn tired after that, bringing a hyper dog out sure isn't an easy task. I love picnics though, one soon, serene?

I couldn't find a picture for the braided band i bought but once i saw it i thought of wearing it as a tie around belt/headband/wrap around bracelet so yeh, so much for one. i bought it.
